Code of Conduct
The purpose of the Permasteelisa Group’s Code of Conduct, drafted in joint participation with all LIXIL Group’s companies, is to trace a common line in order to operate according to shared principles of integrity, ethics in business activities, respect in the workplace, proper use of corporate assets and contribution to society (social responsibility).
The Code is intended to be used by anyone involved with the Group by virtue of any form of employment or collaboration relationship; therefore, it is the responsibility of all employees, managers and collaborators of the Group to comply with the principles and policies of the above-mentioned document in running the business and managing relationships, by promoting its disclosure and actual implementation. Our business partners, including suppliers, service providers and distributors will also be required to approve and share the rules described in the Code.
We undertake to distribute the Code of Conduct as widely as possible, along with any tools needed to understand its content.
The Permasteelisa Group’s Code of Conduct was approved by the Board of Directors of Permasteelisa S.p.A. (the Parent Company) on April 23rd, 2015. It represents the values that are embraced by the Group and followed in the course of its business. Any change or addition must be approved by the Board of Directors of Permasteelisa S.p.A.
