From the 1st of July, Jürgen Wax will, in addition to Klaus Lother, extend the management board of Josef Gartner GmbH in Gundelfingen/Donau. The 39-year-old manager has been acting as COO of the company for the last two years and graduated as an Engineer in Rosenheim. Prior to joining Gartner he led the international operations of a façade contractor and spent a long time working in London. In his role as CEO at Gartner, Jürgen Wax will be responsible for all operating activities, expand Gartner’s technical market leadership and further enhance its competitive position.
Klaus Lother has been CEO of Josef Gartner GmbH for the past 14 years. Since 2013 he has additionally taken on the role as CEO for the region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) of Permasteelisa Group, the parent company of Gartner. Through the expansion of the management board at Gartner Klaus Lother will be more closely involved in this role and in expanding the international activities of the European group companies.
Over the past few years Josef Gartner GmbH, as part of Italian Permasteelisa Group, has achieved an extraordinary growth regarding turnover and number of employees and has most recently been involved in renowned projects like ECB in Germany, Roche in Switzerland and Lakhta Centre in Russia. This development is now to be consolidated with an extended management board.
