It is directly connected to the new metro station. At the top of the tower, there are restaurants and the highest wedding hall on the planet. The design of the tower is reminiscent of a fish, a symbol of prosperity for a city where the water has historically played a major role in the history and identity. This form and the orientation, together with the way the west facing façade is articulated, diminish much of the heat and glare while bringing more natural daylight to the internal spaces. Clad with a high-performance glazing to mitigate solar loading, the tower is LEED Gold^®.
