Ground floor glass façade: steel stick-system including revolving doors. Opaque visual cladding of the technical storeys in the roof area.

Podium façade: pre-unitized window façade with aluminum profiles, one and two story high, respectively, including access door systems and revolving doors; soffit cladding on terrace façades and sky­scraper base.
