The Concept

The new exclusive apartments in the 88 m (290 ft) high 565 Broome SoHo (aka SoHo Tower) in New York will offer residents wide views across the Hudson River. The 30-story high building has been built at the crossroads of Broome Street and Varick Street in Manhattan, New York. The quadratic towers are divided into a lower part and a recessed upper part as from level 12. High and narrow standard units of the glass façade create a fine and generous structure whereas large and rounded glazed corners soften the strict building structure in order to highlight its transparency and openness.

HEIGHT

88 m / 289 ft

30 stories tall

The lower building part consists of a cable net glass façade including an atrium façade, and the upper part of the building is clad with a unitized aluminum façade.
