The five floor podium building with its organic structure encompasses the 87 m (285 ft) high office tower and the foyer. The foyer is located in the inner courtyard and adjoins building unit A (high rise) and B (podium) in the north and the building units D and E (podium) in the south; connection level is the roof over the 2^nd floor. This foyer will be used for events and is the location of the ADAC Event World among other things.

In total 1,152 façade units with an area of 10,000 sqm (107,600 sq ft) cover the 18^th floor office tower and 2,674 façade units with an area of 9,000 sqm (96,900 sq ft) the podium building. The horizontal and vertical closed off envelope of the foyer includes a roof area 2,300 sqm (24,750 sq ft) and a façade area of 880 sqm (9,500 sq ft).
